Yes. API and Document Intelligence are metered add-ons available on Starter, Business and Enterprise. Free accounts can enable the API with BYO-key and capped monthly volume.
We meter tokens before anonymization (input + output), rounded to the nearest 1,000. Volume discounts apply automatically at the monthly thresholds listed above.
Any document page, native or scanned, that's sent through the parsing pipeline. A 12-page PDF = 12 pages. A scanned claim file with 200 images = 200 pages. Empty pages are skipped automatically.
Available on Enterprise. We ship a Kubernetes package or a hardened OVA; the privacy layer runs entirely inside your perimeter, with optional telemetry-only egress for license verification.
Yes. Above 500 seats we move to custom pricing with volume discounts, procurement support, and a dedicated security engineer. Talk to sales.
Null's pseudonymization meets Art. 32 “state of the art”. We provide a DPA, ROPA templates, and an EU AI Act risk-classification worksheet on request.
We export your audit log and workspace configuration on request, then delete everything within 30 days, including the vault. There is no retention trap.
